SPEED BRIEF - SEA GLASS TYPOGRAPHY

This was part of a speed brief from Garth Walker in the typography industry who told us to be inspired by ways of creating typography. I was inspired to create type from sea glass and use the actual  shape of the glass and resemble different letters. The challenge was to create our name with the chosen object.

I took a picture of each shape that I thought resembled a letter, played around with it in Photoshop and added 'scratched' letters on top to show the letters and get a better understanding of what the letters were saying.

The feedback I received was very good as it was a lot of working progress to do but overall it Garth Walker enjoyed what I made.
